Peter Wong
Founding Chairman and President, IACCT China


Mr. Wong is the Senior Manager of the Hospital Authority (HA) Head Office responsible for banking, treasury, investment and insurance. Prior to joining the public sector, Mr. Wong was the Regional Director and Treasurer of AIG’s life and general insurance operations in Asia Pacific. He has over 20 years of experience as treasurer and region finance director of Fortune 100 companies.

In his capacity as the Convenor of the Hong Kong Association of Corporate Treasurers, he was appointed in 2005 as a Board Member of the International Group of Treasury Associations (IGTA) - a global network of treasury professional bodies. Since 2006 he has been invited by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) as the Executive Board Member of the Treasury Markets Association. In the same year, he founded the IACCT China with the mission to promote international treasury best practices in China. Mr. Wong was also invited to serve in an advisory role by the PRC Government State Administration of Foreign Exchange (Council Member of SAFE’s China FX Magazine), the China Association of CFOs (under the PRC Government Ministry of Finance) and the Hong Kong Trade Development Council.

Mr. Wong is an Economics and MBA graduate from the University of Hong Kong and is a fellow member of the UK-based Association of Corporate Treasurers and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (“CIMA”), and the Hong Kong Institute of CPA. He was the President of CIMA Hong Kong Division in 1997-98.

Dr Dong Ming

Dr Dong is currently working for Sunbridge Capital Partners as a Partner and Director. Sunbridge is a private equity firm specializing in growth equity investment in China. Prior to joining Sunbridge Dr Dong was the Senior Managing Director of Bear Stearns, which is a leading global investment banking, securities trading and brokerage firm.

Prior to joining Bear Stearns, Dr Dong was Executive Director & Deputy CEO of CIIH; Managing Director of CIGAML .

As the Deputy CEO of CIIH, he was responsible for assisting the Chairman and CEO in handling the overall business and strategy of the company and its investment and finance; coordinating with CIIH’s strategic partner, Fortis International and Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia). He was also responsible for the development and maintenance of shareholder and public investor relationships.

Dr Dong has held senior positions with Tianjin Development Holding’s Ltd, Merrill Lynch (Asia Pacific) Ltd .

Dr Dong is a Senior Advisor and Vice President of IACCT China, a member of Zhejiang Provincial Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference; Vice Chairman of Sino-Foreign Treasury Association; Director of China Young Enterprisers Association Dr Dong has a Ph.D in Economics and a M. Science (Economics) from the London School of Economics & Political Science (LSE)

Keith Yuen
Chief Operating Officer, Greater China
Principal International Inc.


Prior to joining Principal International Inc. as Chief Operating Officer, Great China, Keith helped oversee a multi-billion investment portfolios at the HK Jockey Club which ranks amongst the biggest institutional investors in Hong Kong and globally. Prior to HKJC Keith was Head of Treasury & Investments at Hongkong Land Limited (HKL) looking after financing, risk management, insurance, treasury operations and financial evaluation. He was also a member of the Advisory Council overseeing the Jardine Matheson group pension plan. Before HKL Keith was Deputy Treasurer at the MTR Corporation Limited and Secretary to the MTR Retirement Scheme Trustee Board. Prior to corporate treasury Keith was an investment banker with extensive experience in capital markets origination, derivatives structuring and project financing in Asia and North America.

Keith is a founding member and vice president of the International Association of CFOs and Corporate Treasurers (China). He is also a Member of the Hong Kong Association of Corporate Treasurers.

Keith received his university education at Colby College, USA on full scholarship and graduated cum laude with a BA degree majoring in Physics.

Stephen Leung
Senior Manager, Advisory Services, PricewaterhouseCoopers


Stephen Leung is a seasoned professional in finance. He has extensive experience in cash management, corporate asset and liability management, investment and risk management. In 2001, he joined Hysan Development which is the largest commercial landlord in Causeway Bay. Stephen is the Head of Corporate Treasury and Finance of Hysan Development with his major responsibilities in overseeing the functions in financial risk management, corporate finance, cash management, liability management, banking relationships and insurance. Prior to joining Hysan Development, he held several financial management positions in multinational company, Chinese corporate and quasi-government body.

Stephen holds a Doctor Degree in Business Administration, a Master Degree in Applied Finance and a Bachelor Degree in Financial Administration. Stephen is also active in promoting the treasury and finance profession through his participation in several professional organizations.

He is the founding member and the Vice President of The International Association of CFOs and Corporate Treasurers (China). Stephen is also a member of The Hong Kong Association of Corporate Treasurers, The Hong Kong Institute of CPAs and CPA Australia. In 2006, Stephen was presented “The Award for Strategic Management in Finance 2006” by the China Magazine of CFOs, in recognition of his achievement in financial management.

W. K. Lo
Head – Corporate Investment & Investor Relations, The Hong Kong and China Gas Company Limited


The Hong Kong and China Gas Company Limited is a gas utility listed in Hong Kong with Turnover of over HK$13.4 billion in 2006. He has experience in the utilities business and finance for more than 24 years.

Mr Lo had worked in various functional areas of the Finance Division of the Company, including Audit, Supplies, Treasury and Corporate Finance & Treasury departments.

Mr Lo has been in charge of the Treasury Department of the Company since 1997 and became the Head – Corporate & Treasury on its establishment since July 2007. The portfolio includes Corporate Finance, financial risk management, financing, banking and investment for the Company as well as overseeing the retirement schemes of the Company. He is responsible for the overall effective and efficient management of the funding for the group.

Mr Lo holds bachelor degree in business administration and is a member of various professional organizations:

Francis C.M. Ho
Group Treasurer

Francis Ho is responsible for CLP Group Treasury including fund raising, foreign exchange and derivatives, surplus funds management, financial (foreign exchange, interest rate, liquidity) risks management, credit ratings, coordination of banking relationships, internal control and compliance of treasury activities.

Prior to the assignment at Group Treasury of CLP Holdings in 2003, Francis was a project financier at CLP Power Asia, specializing in project and structured finance, investment appraisal, due diligence, financial risks management and corporate treasury for CLP’s overseas investments in China, Australia, India, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia and Taiwan. Francis held various management positions in investment banking before he joined CLP.

Francis is a founding member and the Vice President (Membership) of The International Association of CFOs and Corporate Treasurers (China) and a member of The Hong Kong Association of Corporate Treasurers. He actively participates in promoting the treasury and finance profession through professional organizations and trade associations.

Francis is a Chevening Scholarship holder and holds a Master Degree in Financial Management and a Bachelor (High Honors) Degree in Business Administration.

Timothy Shen

Mr. Shen is the Founder and Managing Director of Camden Rich Group which is a private equity focusing on investments in media, manufacturing & retail operations in China.

He graduated from the University of Alberta with a B. Commerce degree in 1983. He also holds a MBA Degree from the Simon Fraser University. His professional designations include the Certified Public Accountant (USA), Certified Financial Planner (Canada), and Chartered Financial Planner (Canada).

He has over 20 years of extensive experience in the accounting, corporate finance, investment and M&A advisory areas with companies such as Merrill Lynch, Coopers & Lybrand, HK Hang Seng Index Component Stock China Merchants Holdings International (HSI code:144) also the largest Chinese government owned port & infrastructure operator in China, the Acting CEO of HK listed Universal Holdings Limited (HSI code:419) which is a dominant Total Media operator in China etc.

He is a member of the American Institute of the Certified Public Accountants, Fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (serving Member of the Administration & Budget Committee), Member of the Financial Planners Standards Council of Canada, China Committee Member of the Hong Kong Private Equity & Venture Capital Association, Founding member and Vice President of the International Association of CFOs and Corporate Treasurers, senior member of the Hong Kong Association of Corporate Treasurers, the IRAA (Investor Relations Association Asia) and National Chairman of the Canada China Trade Development Association.

He has been invited for the past 6 consecutive years to speak on financial topics at the “HK Week” in China which was attended by more than half a million participants from the Chinese business sector. He was also appointed the Entertainment Industry Advisory Committee Member by the HK Trade Development Council in April of 2006 for a 4-year term.

For the past few years, the value of corporate finance transactions (e.g. M&A, IPO, debt issuance, share placements etc) being handled by Mr. Shen already exceeded HK$10 billion. He was also appointed the Official Trade Representative of Yixing City (Pottery Capital of the World) of China and the Bancomex (the Federal Trade Development Bank of Mexico).

EymonTsang
Director, Corporate Finance, Ka Wah International Holdings Limited


Eymon Tsang joined The Hongkong and Shanghai Hotels, Limited in 1995, and is responsible for corporate finance and treasury functions including corporate planning, investment appraisal, treasury management, investor relations, taxation, accounting and financial reporting.

Eymon graduated from The University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree, and holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from The University of London. In addition, he has two Master’s degrees in business administration and laws awarded by UK universities. He also attended the Advanced Management Programme at INSEAD in France in 2002.

In the professional field, Eymon is a qualified accountant in Hong Kong, the United Kingdom and the United States, as well as a CFA charterholder. He is also a member of other professional organisations, such as The Association of Corporate Treasurers, Project Management Institute and The Taxation Institute of Hong Kong. Besides, he serves on Financial Reporting Standards Committee of The Hong Kong Institute of CPAs.

On the charity side, he is a member of the Admissions, Budgets and Allocations Committee of The Community Chest of Hong Kong.

Angela Lee
Deputy Treasurer American International Assurance Co., Ltd.


Angela Lee is Deputy Treasurer, American International Assurance Company Limited.

Prior to joining AIA, she worked in investment and corporate banks including UBS and Westpac. She holds a Masters degree in Finance and a Bachelor degree in Engineering. She is a graduate of the University of New South Wales, and University of Technology, Sydney in Australia.

She is Fellow of Life Management Institute. She is a board member and vice president of the IACCT (China). She is also a member of other professional organizations, such as the Treasury Markets Association in Hong Kong, the Hong Kong Securities Institute, Association for Financial Professionals in the U.S., and the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.

Nikson Ma
Finance Director, Embedded Computer & Power, Emerson Network Power

Mr. Ma is currently the Financial Controller - China ,Emerson Network Power . It is a division of Emerson Electric Co, a Fortune Global 500 company listed in the United States. He has overall responsibility on the finance function of the China Division of the Group. Before assuming this position, he was the Regional Treasurer of Emerson Electric Asia Pacific with responsibilities of Asia and China. Mr. Ma also assumed other treasury positions in the Group before and was a corporate banker in Standard Chartered Bank before joining the finance and treasury career.

Mr. Ma has an MBA degree from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and a BBA degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He is a member of the Association of Corporate Treasurer in the U.K. and also the Hong Kong Association of Corporate Treasurers. He is the Vice President and Founding Member of International Association of CFOs and Corporate Treasurers (China). He spoke and held chairman role in various treasury forums including Eurofinance and CFO Asia.

Allen Leung
Director, Treasury Operations - Asia Pacific
PPG Industries International


Mr. Leung has over 15 years experience in corporate treasury and banking treasury. He is currently working at PPG Industries International Inc., an US fortune 500 company, overseeing the treasury functions for PPG entities in the region, including financial risk management, cash management, financing, banking relationship and insurance. Prior to joining PPG, Allen was the assistant treasurer in Owens Corning Asia Pacific.

Allen is a member of The Hong Institute of CPAs and The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). He holds Bachelor degrees in Computer Science and Accounting from York University, Canada and a Master of Applied Finance degree from Macquarie University, Australia.
